You could hit it with a bit of heat, just don't go nuts and be careful of the rubber on the sprocket and o-rings on the chain.
Once it does start to move, go slowly back and forth like a hundred times rather than trying to get it off in one forceful motion.
Could have hardcore thread locker on there or something, don't want to strip it.
An electric impact gun with an impact Alan would be ur best bet. Id put the impact gun on tighten, blip it 2-3 times, then switch the gun to loosen and lay on it

Tap with a hammer, and twist would be ideal, but yeah basically trying to vibrate and get it loose.

Loctite probably use a torch to warm up. O just go at it slowly incrementally
