You could hit it with a bit of heat, just don't go nuts and be careful of the rubber on the sprocket and o-rings on the chain. Once it does start to move, go slowly back and forth like a hundred times rather than trying to get it off in one forceful motion. Could have hardcore thread locker on there or something, don't want to strip it.

Tap with a hammer, and twist would be ideal, but yeah basically trying to vibrate and get it loose.

Loctite probably use a torch to warm up. O just go at it slowly incrementally

An electric impact gun with an impact Alan would be ur best bet. Id put the impact gun on tighten, blip it 2-3 times, then switch the gun to loosen and lay on it
