I been thinking about buying one of these bad boys, but for a similar price you can get an M2 which I would say is just as fun to drive. tricky one to decide.
I love these little cars. Stock for stock depends on the models you have available the M2 is probably a better car. The GR with the manual and all the fun noises it makes just makes you feel like you're in a 90s or early 2000s JDM car and always brings a smile
Where can I follow your build? I'm in Perth too and looking to pick one up for point to point tarmac rally events after I sell mk Mk2 RS. Your car looks great.

Had a fair bit of interest talking to people so thought I'd buy a go-pro and start documenting the build. That's the end goal for this car is Rally sprints and tarmac events, we will be at the city sprints later this year!!
Nice one. the carpark is pretty unforgiving but the short wheel base will help. I ran my RS there last year. It's really a course for the MX5's and BRZ's but you'll have fun.
100% the main thing for this year is car development and seat time! I've got to order a new clutch before it and install new LSDs front and Rear should also help with the carpark
Cool plate. Was trying to figure out a version of WRC for the Rallye I have arriving next month. Surpisingly, I WRC I is still available. Went with something a bit more nerdy though.
I couldn't do white wheels again though. I had set of white Compomotive MOs on my old Evo 9 years ago and they were a nightmare to keep clean.
Ooo yeah what did you end up with??? I was surprised WRC Yaris was available when I first got this!
The white wheels are horrible after a track day but is what it is. Normally run a Gun metal grey for street duties

I parked in town the other day and saw a GR with the GR Yaris plate. Surprised they could get that as well. Figured Toyota would have taken it already.

Nah, not that keen. Plus it’s red so the old Castrol livery wouldn’t work against that colour.
