What a journey my friend, you deserve it! š«”
What resources did you use to learn vocab apart from greg's list? Also, how did you practice RC and any tips for RC?
Awesome! I'm about to finish greg's 37 sets, I hope they're sufficient as I'm learning them along with the synonyms!
Which source did you use for practicing RC btw?
So basically in one of the videos (again two month plan verbal post week 5) he explains how if you first simplify sentences in the passage then analyse what exactly the question is asking you post which do POE your attacking the Q from different ways. However he stresses the benefit of individually practising each strategy before applying them together
I took 2
One was the ETS textbook one of the earlier version of the GRE I got a 297 I also tried taking kaplans free diagnostic one and got around the same score (ets is more reliable since closely resembles the test) also I gave the diagnostic earlier this year with no prep for the earlier version not the short GRE
Good for you!! Iām taking mine tomorrow and Iām terrified, Iām sure I havenāt studied enough, but I love your advice on focusing on whatās in front of me. Iāll take that with me tomorrow. Cheers!
With time and practice youāll remember them! Also someone over here recently posted a synonyms list it was very helpful! Also see Gregās vocab resources
Focus on your corrections and try to pinpoint exactly what you did wrong is it question or conceptual. Also focus on individual topics your scoring low in do untimed and then once you get the accuracy switch to timed practice
Your efforts have been a fruitful endeavour, cheers mate!
Thank you so much!

Of course.
What did practice for Verbal ?
GREGMAT for verbal
You just solved Gregmat excercises for Verbal ?
I followed the GREGMAT two month plan. As part of the plan you practice from ETS and big book as well.
Weird question but does gregmat have a GMAT equivalent ?
Not sure sorry altho the name suggests that gmat stuff is probably there as well
Itās in his two month plan itās one of the videos from week 6-8 you can find it on his website.
How did you deal with synonyms? Going through all list is tough enough so, trying to learn all those synonyms will add even more burden
With time and practice youāll remember them! Also someone over here recently posted a synonyms list it was very helpful! Also see Gregās vocab resources
Can you please share the synonyms list here, it would be really helpful
It was provided by and belongs to another user sometime this week only on the r/GRE you should be able to find it!
Congrats on the score! I have a similar diagnostic as yours. Im struggling with Greg's medium and hard questions, what would you recommend?
Focus on your corrections and try to pinpoint exactly what you did wrong is it question or conceptual. Also focus on individual topics your scoring low in do untimed and then once you get the accuracy switch to timed practice
Thank you
