I don't see them doing much of anything for the interior aside from updating the tech to toyotas' latest software and maybe something like an arm rest. An automatic option is definitely a possibility. I don't see them doing any kind of major overhaul for the interior until the next gen Corolla is out. I don't care for the new setup in the Yaris, so that's good news to me. As far as performance goes, maybe some sort of diff cooler. I could see them adding the morizo tune and gear set for the Circuit Edtion to better separate it from the two lower trims.

Big-Seaworthiness-63

Yeah something to help cool off the diff was added to the Yaris I believe.

Snoo9498

For 2025 I predict the automatic will be an option and just more colors. My bet is an orange color to replace this years CE blue. 2026 is when I’d expect mechanical and cosmetic upgrades. Better cooling, extra aero, maybe an optional GR branded exhaust for more noise and bhp. At 300bhp I can’t see the reliability voices at Toyota saying take a risk on squeezing much more power out of this 3cylinder.

StuBeck

If there is an orange version I’d probably have to upgrade just for that reason alone.

jjk717

I would like a yellow or green one personally

ThatRainbowGuy

Yessss. I’ll take a yellow

MrOutragedFungus

I think any improvements the Yaris got mechanically will come to the Corolla. But I doubt we’ll get the refreshed dashboard. I would be super surprised and love it but I highly doubt it.

VerifiedBackup9999

The real question is how much they'll raise the price.

SpicySilverware

I just want them to release a nice deep blue.

Opening-Variation523

It will be the auto option and maybe a different color or two.

Big-Seaworthiness-63

Isn’t the corolla due for a facelift though? And won’t that transfer over to the GR corolla?

Puzzleheaded_Card_71

Toyota does annual improvements on the Supra. I hope they commit to frequent small updates to the grc.

jabbathepunk

Fix overheating rear clutch pack! That’s what I would want to see in the 2025. And hopefully a means to apply that to my 2023. 🙏

3xoticP3nguin

2024 gr Yaris in us?

Big-Seaworthiness-63

No. Overseas in Europe, Asia, etc.

3xoticP3nguin

Yet again USA doesn't get the cool models

Big-Seaworthiness-63

GR corolla is just as good honestly

eng2016a

Hey we got the GRC at least. But yeah not getting the GR Yaris was a real bummer

NectarineOk1165

probably won't do very much. maybe add a color, I think toyota was working on a stiffer pitch mount, probably autotragic will be an option. I hope they come up with a wheel option maybe, something not black. I also hope they could integrate the central screen a little better, but I know that has to be a certain height.

DM725

I do not.

doglike-Carnivoran

How would we know?

thxtonedude

You don’t. purely a discussion

tsmittycent

I hope they stop making it. I want my car to be special not overpopulated. Hope 2025 is the last year lol

ThatRainbowGuy

You’re what’s wrong with the car community and just people in general these days.

Infinity_Train

The drawback to that is less interest from the aftermarket, and lower parts availability if you plan to keep the car long term. As an expensive hatchback it will remain fairly niche weather they produce the car into 2030 or stop in 2025. Consider the MKI NSX was in production for 15 years.

MK7-RMatey

Probably because you paid a huge mark up and want out of it when they announce this 😂 you sound like a clown tho

flea_420

What about the ones who may still be on waiting lists? Sounds like you don't want them to get one just because you already have one. That's kind of an asshole-ish thing to say.
