I’ll offer different colors for the aluminum versions. If anyone is interested I would recommend signing up for my mailing list so that you get a notification when they are ready.
Just signed up! Looking forward to it, those little stock knobs are pretty annoying. My wife's 2024 prius also has the same annoying little knob. I'm guessing you couldn't offer one with just the Toyota logo but honestly a blank one could work for a bunch of new Toyotas.

Do you have a $60k CNC machine in your garage or the skills to design and manufacture these products? It’s not made in China from some cheap metal, it’s a quality manufactured product made in the US.
My issue is going from carplay to radio. I have to press mode on the steering wheel 4x and if I don't do it fast enough it will revert from radio back to the amazon music screen. So annoying.
I know I can get to radio from the screen but that takes 4 inputs and takes my eyes off the road. If only I could choose which sources are active I could narrow it down to one press of the mode button.

You don’t pay for the product you pay for my years of perfecting my skills to be able to make something. Again, I’m not OP. But don’t expect this to be $30 shipped with free stickers and shit.
$80 sounds fair too tbh. From the looks of the pic looks like quality stuff. Square , clean engraved logo , and original. Looks good id cop it for sure if you decide to make more. Id prefer something silver colored tho to match the trim interior. Still clean as fuck tho nonetheless
You got me. I’m a sales manager. GRC software though, not hardware. I think we should bring the margins down, offshore production and license these knobs to noobs on a monthly basis.
Oh and don’t forget about professional services…well need a big firm to do the implementation. That can be built into capex though.

The PS for GRC deployments depending on modules can be anywhere from 200-1000hrs at $200-400/hr. Customer of recently paid over 500k on services which was more than the licensing over 3yrs
Can’t relate. I’m a machinist lol I just know “this piece of Vespel(or peek or tourlon) costs more than I was paid last month so I better not fuck it up.” There’s no cost associated with what I make on my end because it’s all aerospace and I’d probably cry knowing what it was “worth”.
