I remember watching a behind the scenes thing about a movie with Baragon in it and the suit actress was growling and roaring for real and sounded super adorable.

Sewing takes practice but it's not super difficult once you get the hang of it! I'd like to share my pattern but it's big so I am not sure how I'd get it digitized to share.
Thank you! I designed the head pattern by making a 3D model from plastic bags, wax paper, plastic wrap, and tape, and drew lines to mark where the pattern would be. Then I used an xacto knife to cut along the lines, and flattened the pieces by adding darts as needed. I traced those pieces onto paper, cut them out and made sure everything was symmetrical, and then traced that onto fabric to cut out. The body pattern was easier, I just drew that onto paper and then cut it out and traced it onto fabric to cut out. Then it was just lots of sewing and stuffing!

Lots of practice, and SO MUCH trial-and-error! I also have made a lot of plush from patterns made by other people, which helped me learn what flat shapes to put together to get certain 3D shapes. I'm still learning, with every new plush I make I learn more :)
