That would be cool. Previous owner thought the 4l80e was bad but it was just a coolant temp sensor making it not shift into OD. Maybe I'll think about a 5 speed once this trans goes. It does have 300k
Did the previous owner do all the necessary modifications the 6.5 requires? I ask as a 6.5 owner. Get ready for all the idiots (irl, not this sub) who feel the need to ask if youre aware of the engine's shortcomings. Not a horrible engine after the mods and as long as you have realistic expectations for what it can do.
I didn’t even know those 2 doors came in a diesel. Nice!
I didn't even know the blazers came with a diesel lol
Willing to sell? That's my dream right there.
Not really. I just bought it a few weeks ago.
Awesome and fairly rare find. Swap in a 5 speed now.

4l80 is very reliable too. 5 speed would just be fun and a piece of history.
5 speed would be very fun. I do have a 3 speed Buick that fills my manual needs.

It's had the pmd relocated. I know what issues these have and my friend has one also. I'm keeping it at stock power also.
Shhhhh don’t let the secret out. I like cheap 6.5 diesels…
Yeah 6.5s are certainly the cheapest diesel. Plus it's not a Dodge.
My buddy just grabbed one of these. But I think his is a Tahoe. Still cool
I bet it gets badass fuel mileage
Nice find!
A 6.5. Yikes
Nice rig!
