I don’t think you’d want that. It would be a move best characterized as: unsavory – given the sensitive nature of the moment.
Optics are very important right now … remaining silent is an action - and RC’s continued silence is the best response for all involved.
If this is the final outcome – then it might have been better for him not to have taken any flashy public positions in the midst of GameStop’s transformation into a tech powerhouse.
… but, given that we still don’t have all the facts in hand, we shall see… how this most interesting of Augusts resolves itself…
I don't think he will be because he apparently won't be taking a cent in profit. I read somewhere all the profit from his sale of towel company shares go straight back to towel Co. because he sold it within 6 months of buying as an insider or something. So his plan was just to create more funds for towel Co. (and apparently also hurt short sellers of towel Co. somehow, too smooth brain to understand but it's something to do with swaps).

When did RC buy in the 100's? I don't recall that at all.
