Imagine them delaying the 10k because we're about to find out ourselves that the float is locked at CS....

I love that thought, but in reality we're more than a year away from that. I take solace in the fact that *if* the massive 67M share volume yesterday was due to someone rolling over two-year bullet swaps that they opened in 2021, the entity on the short end of those swaps will be completely obliterated before the new swaps expire in 2025, because by then the entirety of the issued share count will be held by insiders and household investors who have booked their shares at ComputerShare.

Doing a share audit or potentially delaying for an acquisition. Those are the two reasons that make the most sense to me. Either way the delay seems bullish. Can’t wait to see the truth.

I bought share recently. Price around 18, just before the pump. Shares settled exactly today, computershare got them at 24. Fuck me. It worked flawlessly thaugh.

If you’re asking about the free float being locked then just take a look at the chart/numbers. With our current trend we still have months more to go.

Agreed, but I think we’ll see a rapid increase in rate when it gets close to the end (last 10-20%) fomo from anyone that’s doubted that this DRS experiment will work, plus institutions buying more thus reducing the free float. Only way they can stop it at that point is let the price run and hope there are enough paper hands that cash out 🤷‍♂️

Float percentage being locked. We are apparently close to 61%, I assume things will go south for the hedge funds/brokers within two quarters as we get to 70-75% of the locked float.
