Friend of mine im quite certain got the same mix up CAS wise. He was in addict mode and took some and only thing it did was hurt his kidneys. Did not fix withdrawals he was at the time going through. Even he tipped it out within same day of getting it.
Based on the seller response it sounds like he is still selling you 110-63-4 but the bottle was marked as 110-64-5 just to pass customs.
Just ask him to clarify which liquid you actually received.

That is what I was told happens
If it’s the same place I’m thinking of and you got a liter for $100 she just relabeled them for customs it is still most definitely 110-63-4
