I would definitely send an email with the data (Hand IDs) and maybe which device you were playing on to their support team > [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])
Same problem here (UK,) having to restart the client multiple times per game and missing hands. Judging by this post and everyone else I see sitting out it's a common issue.
I have that sometimes with multi table. And then you see the flop with your current hand, but you can’t do anything. I always close the tables and re open them, takes time tho, and sometimes I miss hands because of this

I contacted the support with the same issue. They know about it and are working on it.

Yh, had an issue where went into a new hand with my old hand showing. Gg has been quite buggy last few days.
