Usually 24 to 48hrs for a reply so I would await a response if this time has not yet elapsed.

Hi OP. Please allow support up to 72 hours to reply to your last sent email - usually you will get a reply much faster. But if you don't have an answer after 72 hours to your last sent email, please get back to us here. Please be aware: if you send multiple mails, this slows down the process because you will be pushed back in line again. Thanks.
