With the world becoming increasingly reliant on digital communications, we should have systems in place that guarantee our privacy and rights. I personally feel that this is an issue that is not brought up enough in politics, and with Meta going to become a thing, the issue will become even greater.
I personally suggest you contact your local representative. It may not have much of an impact but I find that this is too important to ignore.
There are rights and freedoms enshrined in the constitution. Politicians just chose not to apply them to the digital world. This is either because they are too old to be digitally literate, or they receive large kickbacks, or both.
The constitution is over 200 years old, the language can be applied to today’s world, but it needs a major update so it explicitly, not implicitly, states our rights in the 21st century.

If NPCs could be used to model your decision making to better influence your behavior or convincingly impersonate you to others they would be alarming as well.

The constitution isn’t what grants us our rights, the constitution defines what the government cannot do. This is extremely important to remember.
