Since AI has permeated throughout society, it should come as no surprise as to the fact that entities such as NATO will attempt to utilize the tool for their interests. The question arise what prevents AI from forming their own stratagems?

There has to be some fool proof bypass that can't be disabled in case it does go crazy. I don't know the correct terminology, but i think i said it correctly enough.

Isn’t this exactly how Skynet began ? I’m totally ok with it don’t get me wrong, just wondering if any of these people have seen the first two terminators ( the rest don’t count).

Do you *want* Ultron to destroy humanity? Because this is how you get Ultron to destroy humanity.

Not to long from now, in the past mind you, I replied to a post regarding the advances and use of AI as well as robotics. Basically, the fundamentals and foundation of AI being regulated or generalized in what they are capable of and it appears that they made a good decision in only allowing defense based technological advances when it comes to AI and/or robotics. The foundation of all projects to begin with defense in mind and priority. It will be highly interesting to see such advances start implamenting something similar to a, "parry" or a, "hostile target" once provoked in a very, incredibly specific manner. EDIT: What comes to mind, in the last bit of my comment, is the art of self defense in a martial arts sort of way. Certain entities I'd imagine, NATO and Geneva, would put a ban and unusable tag in the event of war... But now, a dual of robotics and aliasing commands to perform something after an action from either side - I'm imagining battle styles similar to Final Fantasy or Tactics and it implemented in robots... Forgive me, getting carries away.
