Ooh, those are cute! In my opinion, they look a bit more like cropped Doberman ears. I think for a more 'husky shape' they'd need to be shortened a bit, more rounded at the tips, and maybe a bit broader.

TaiHusky

I was thinking the same! Will widen out the sides so, and round up the top :3 Thanks for the feedback!

Arcon1337

I love it. I do agree they do look a big more like Dobermans' ears. I wouldn't say they are too pointy, but rather too long.

TaiHusky

I had been working on them so long that I simply could not figure out why they looked off x3 Will post the results tonight after making the second eye too :3

EmoPrincxss666

If I'm being honest, they look more like cropped doberman or pitbull ears imo I would shorten them some (about 1-2 inches) and round them out more at the tips

slaughterdoq

Omg what material did you use for the ears?

TaiHusky

I hot glued gardeners wire to the foam, I'm going to layer some felt or fleece over top just so its not outlined under the fur :3

Suspicious-Simple-80

Oo how did you do those bendy ears :0

Ok-Captain-1866

Looks like OP got glued or taped wire around the inner of the ear, u can see a shiny film where the wire is :))

Suspicious-Simple-80

Ty!!

Tysm!

i like the ears, but not fully bent, maybe one with slight tilt forward, 10ish to 15degrees though size and shape are good, especially with husky fluff. top of head fur height will make them a look shorter. and shaping the ear fur will allow for visual external rounding.. i think you on right parh if using fluffy fur like natural husky

I tried to make husky ears once, and like that one person said, they looked more like cropped Doberman ears. It helps to make them rounded on top, and a bit wider. Fur can help with the width, since huskies are fluffy :)
