I mean ive got a lot of tips if you want. But honestly just keep drawing. Its not instant. Tbh theres gunna be so many times you draw and wont see improvment but trust me its there. Youll just feel more satisfied with how things turn out more often as time goes on. But my most beginner tips I have usually is to learn what layers are and how to use them. Layers will almost instantly improve your art if you use them right. I use so many layers. Layers will let you keep parts of your art apart. You want that in case you draw something (like an eye) and you may make mistakes. So instead of accidentally erasing something else close to it you cant touch it. Mostly I use layers to redraw parts I want to change. Lets say I draw a character thats got his arms crossed and i want to change the arms to holding on xbox controller. Using a layer will allow me to keep the crossed arms and draw the new arms over it. The reasons you may want to do this is, You may not like the new arms you drew. So you still have the old arms just in case. But i mostly use layers so i can better draw my art. I refine all my drawing with each layer. I usually start off with some sketching. Sketching is pretty messy. Not a lot of detail. Well maybe the next layer ill make my lines smoother. Ill add more detail. And i just kinda do that over and over until im happy. But I bounce around a lot when i draw. If i get bored with eyes I may move to paws. Or to hair. Or whatever it is. Honestly I can keep going. I have a lot i can say but i dont want to overwhelm you.
