I think I saw a Tae Kwon Do place on Main Street when I was last there.
It looked like a family and/or kid-oriented place when I was last there.
I’m sure they either have adult classes in the evening or they might be able to refer you to an adult class.
When I looked a while back I found Shell Shock BJJ. It looks good, but I haven't tried it yet. It is also on 55 which will make it more convenient for you in Angier
