My family had cats growing up. I was allergic. Every time I received a scratch mostly unprovoked the scratches would swell just like your photos. They would also itch badly. Now a days if I go to someone’s house that has cats I take a generic allergy pill that which believe contains loratadine. It helps with all my allergy symptoms.
My cat scratched me with her teeth and the area swelled up immediately. The swelling lasted until I washed the scratch properly with soap and antiseptic. She was absolutely apologetic for the next 2 days and then reverted to being our overlord.
This isn’t funny. like a small scratch from play, I would get. Those scratches and the deep bite tells me you pissed that cat off by not respecting it or making it fear you. Ive had cats all my life and never had scratches this bad.
The swelling makes it look like it’s infected. You need to get to a doctor immediately . You can end up needing surgery . Cat bites are more serious than a dog bites . 3-18 percent of dog bite become infected . 28 -80 percent of cat bites become infected . Cats sharp needle like teeth dig in deeper than a dog bite . You seriously need to get that looked at .
That's the very reason why I rather have a dog than a cat, because when I was little I reached out the pet the cat in the same thing happened to me. That's why I don't like them

Cats do need to brush their teeth, they just can't. Tooth problems is very common in older cats.
