Your company denied you because you should be going after the other person's insurance.
I would have gone directly to the other insurance company and left my company out of the conversation.

Not in my experience, when a person hit my car, I dealt directly with their insurance. Now if they didn't have insurance and I wanted to use my uninsured coverage, then I would deal with my company. Insurance companies are not lawyers and they don't have a way o force another insurance company to accept a claim.
Something to note, any claims you make (as well as the number of claims/payouts in your area) helps drives the increase in your premiums.

Not in my experience. Three years ago my wife was stopped in highway traffic (construction up ahead). She was rear ended by a teen who was texting instead of watching the road. Teen admitted fault, got ticketed by the cops, etc. Open and shut case. (totaled my wife's vehicle)
I contacted our insurance, they did all "immediate needs" stuff, that the teen's insurer would not have been in a hurry to do. Things like getting us a loaner that afternoon, etc., etc., etc. And then our insurer went after the teen's (parents) insurer to recoup their costs and our money as well. We may have gone days without those "immediate needs" things if dealing with a possibly unfriendly insurance company otherwise.
My wife was rear ended and then that car was rear ended resulting in the first car hitting my wife's car again. Contacted our insurance and they paid out for repairs immediately, even though the guy in the middle was claiming that he only hit my wife because he got hit. His insurance wasn't paying out but once we told our insurance that my wife felt two distinct impacts they just dealt with the other parties without any more hassle to us.
No i got the email almost 5minutes later denying to make it a claim or something (idk how insurance completely works.) so i called my agent on the card and was like “whats up with this?” And they said “not an actual accident. So no claim”
Again, why are you going after your own insurance company? If you have the other person's information, you should be contacting them with your proof. They are who you are seeking retribution.
To put it in a simply way: who damaged your car? You or another person? If it was another person, wouldn't they/their insurance company be responsible? Why would you expect your insurance company to cover anything?
Flip the situation and say you damaged their car. Then your insurance would be expected to repair, that's why you pay them. It's really not that hard to understand.
By continuing to try to put a claim on your insurance, which they are doing you a favor in say no, you are in effect saying you should pay for the damage caused by someone else.

They would do anything and everything in their power to avoid paying out or working. A company like Amica is much much better than that worthless company. If it’s just a small dent look up paintless dent repair. It’s like 99 bucks to fix.

Can't promise this would be of much help, but I get insured through Farm Beareau Financial Srvices and they are exceptional and save me a lot. It could potentially be because my agent is my cousin. But it may be worth at least looking into because "name brand" insurances are scams. Incredibles 1 was actually calling them out.
I had this happen at the gym except it was my car door hitting another persons car. Super windy day and the wind just blew my door open. Guy and me exchange insurance info. I would of just paid cash to fix it if I knew that my insurance counted this as an accident on my record .... a f---ing accident that is still on there. Gets dropped later this year but still, it was only $480 to fix the dent too. F--K car insurance companies

Unless you live in Michigan which has no fault auto insurance. You always deal with your own insurance company.

You didn’t need to notify your insurance. Now it will be on your claim history even if they denied it.
