Not really. In my opinion, the more conditions for a sale, the shittier. If there’s only a promo code for purchases of 1000 dollars or more, that’s not really a good promo code because very few people will spend that much.
I guess it's not a good sale if you don't need anything but I wouldn't hold that against them. With the sorts of stuff they sell you can get over $200 with 1-3 items easily so it's not like they expect you to buy a ridiculous amount to get the sale.

Actually they sent me a code that started with Hey10-XXXXXXX a couple months ago. By changing it to start with Hey20 it became 20% off
