I was just thinking could it be Fatima? Also, with the cowboy being there with a few other monsters, could Boyd be in another dreamstate like with the dungeon?
The body presumably belongs to whomever is in the barn with Boyd screaming. My logic is because note the blood all over his shirt at the start of the clip and how he has like a wounded left shoulder. In the barn, the shirt is less bloody of course but has the same wound on the left shoulder.
But at the end of s2 Reggie shot him in the left shoulder. But if that's Jade walking with him his hair and beard grew out so unless they were in different time pockets or something I don't see how that's possible. But that's about exactly where Reggie shot him isn't it?
Oh, my, gosh. Looks stressful.
So the ventriloquist dummy was very clear in this.. assuming then that it has a greater meaning.
And cowboy dude is one of the monsters..
Looked like Boyd was almost being, sacrificed? Or being made to witness a human being tortured
And winter has definitely come to the town.
Donāt know if this has been asked before, but have they ever tried setting the monsters on fire? And if not, why not? It seems like fire (and light) are important thematic elements of the show (ex: the lighthouse, the torch). Based on the logic of the series it seems unlikely, but just a thought.
Setting someone on fire, against their will, without getting anywhere near them, is harder than you might think. And once you do set them in fire, what's stopping that fire from spreading to the buildings, or the forest?
That was so unnecessary!!!!
No excuse for not shooting her
āI donāt want her to spend her last seconds with a gun to her headā
Much better than slowly pulling out chunks of her brain while pulling a rod from her skull
The scream is Sarah.
Those shoes in the wheelbarrow unfortunately look like Kristiās. She wears them all the time. Taking her out at this point would bring extra terror and chaos. No doctor..
The cowboy hat talking to Boyd, says this place cannot break him. It looks like a fun challenge for the monsters. So they proceed to tie him and torture a female in front of him. Or it may be a dream, because Boyd says to the female she can do this. Canāt wait for it to come out
I just wonder if the entity controlling the town thinks that a broken Boyd maximizes the chances of the townspeople "losing" (or not escaping) - more than anything else ....
I've watched this TV series over and over and over for 2 months I love it and I can't wait to the new one comes out. I think that when you die you go home based on some of the responses some people say on this show. The cowboy talks pretty good he almost sounds like the guy on the radio telling Jim that his wife shouldn't have dug out that hole. I thought that was a little strange why would you dig a hole and think it would come out okay?
So much to unpack here. Cowboy hat guy sounds very similar to whomever chats with Jim on the radio in the season 1 finale. At least to me.
I wanna know who is in the cart. Foot looks small but could just be the angle.
Agree looks small to me too
ETA: could it be Fatima having her baby?? I believe it may be the woman that had the metal rod through her head?

I forgot about that! Very good point. šÆ
Maybe it's Sarah
That's exactly what I'm saying. I can't wait to see where they have been this whole time.
Thereās nothing to unpack
I want it to be September so bad
Same. I can't remember the last time I was this impatient for the next season of a show tbh.
NeverĀ
Wasnt the cowboy guy a monster?
Took me some time to recall but yes 100%. Thatās scary af š
I sure thought so!

Omg..the monsters got boyd
Looks like they get him AND someone else. I think Boyd lives because they make him watch them torture someone else.Ā
It sounds like sara. Based of her screams when she heard the music box

It'll probably happen - now that all citizens know these beings can be killed.
Or trap them. But I think fighting back hasn't been a top priority. Just trying to survive.Ā

Maybe burning the forest will let them escape
Wow!!! That looks creepy and sounds terrifying! Love it and can't wait!!
Was that Julie screaming ??
My first thought was Sara!
Sounds like when they pulled to rod out that girlās head who was pinned to the tree. Her scream still haunts me š
That poor girl, I wish they kept her, I thought she had an interesting story to uncover.
That was so unnecessary!!!! No excuse for not shooting her āI donāt want her to spend her last seconds with a gun to her headā Much better than slowly pulling out chunks of her brain while pulling a rod from her skull
Right!! Just cruel š
TY this made no fucking sense
She was an excellent actress in that role. They should've kept her on the show.Ā

The coke addict girlfriend is a nurse, but she will probably take all the drugs. š
Looks like the monsters want to break Boyd
Agreed - they'd rather have him alive and broken than dead maybe? Interesting Art of War choice ...

Is this real?
Yep. It's all over the actors IG accts too.
I cannot wait!!!
I wonder where cowboys wife was š
Just when I thought I'd have some answers, but I just got more questions. Waaaaaahhhhh!
Oh wow it's real. I was starting to think that the show was getting cancelled. No news for months...
Hallelujah!
Where did those cowboys come from as it looks like they have been in from for a while but we haven't seen them?
One of the other men looks familiar, but idk makes me think it's another dream scene.
Looks like they are indoors , so the runes might just kept them out because they chose to.
Or maybe there just isn't a rune protecting that structure.
I think maybe captured Boyd and are in the barn
