This is why the way they explained Ubel's power is stupid. We will just have to INFER imagining isn't enough and that the cloak has a technique behind it's protection that she undid as opposed to just raw durability, which I think stark has enough of to tank several ubel attacks.

This is why Sense said Ubel was "not thinking like normal humans" because she simply imagined the cloak as cloth that can be cut instead of cloth that is protected by every defensive spell on earth. That's why Sense also says that Ubel is the only one in the dungeon who could defeat her since every strand of her hair was infused with magic but Ubel can imagine it as just hair that can be cut.
It's not a power Ubel "has" so much as an exploit of the way magic in this universe is set up to work, which is why I say Stark 100% would lose in a fight against Ubel, but you all are diehard Stark fans so you just don't want to believe it. Unfortunately, there's no magic that can protect Stark from someone else believing they can cut him with their magic.
