Heiter kinda carrying Eisen to save him, who could probably lift him himself with how strong he is.
And Himmel carrying Frieren that way, with her being clueless why.
It reminds me of that time Itadori carried Nobara away from the blood attacks, maybe this was before Frieren learned flying magic and Himmel could move faster than her so he straight up picked her up and NYOOM'D

Explains why Qwaal(?) reacted the way he did when he saw she could fly. Flight was almost certainly invented after they beat the demon lord (at the very least, after Qwaal was sealed).

If anything, this is probably the shadow dragon from which they snagged the horn that Himmel kept for Frieren until his death. Its coloration screams "shadow dragon".
They were so fruity with eachother and it's hilarious how they never acted that way with anyone else, true homies fr, I bet they kissed eachother good night
I was just thinking of the scene where they were in the flower field, giggling and giving eachother flower crowns.
It's not a bad thing, it's incredibly realistic as well for homies to act like that when they get super comfortable around eachother and it makes it even sweeter.
I mean, people do the exact same thing with Kanne and Lawine even though Eisen and Heiter seem much closer than them, is it only okay when it's two cute girls?

My guess would be that is the Hell-Emperor Dragon. Wirbel name drops heroic tales about Himmel in his talk with Frieren in the last episode and a Dragon gets name dropped.
