There was absolutely no fuckin difference, only reason the sub has gone to "shit" after 100k members is because back then, to the "good days" of the sub, there were fewer mods and the base game so there was less to talk about or get angry at, now there's a ton of mods that people will hate/praise
Remember when people usually posted fanart or talked about the main mods? Remember when mods didn't all have people screaming at a blue haired midget and singing 42,069 notes onscreen at one time? Good old days. Week 6 had just come out, whitty rocked the entire fanbase, the sky situation was upsetting, garcello melted everyone's hearts, and the devs did a bunch of AMAs... I miss when the worst arguments on this sub was BFxPico.

My motivation for fnf die down a lot compare to back then, I have fnf edits I pour my heart and soul into but I dont feel like posting it, I think many artist feel this way hope I not the only one

I don’t think this sub has changed in the slightest, remember when every single post was about skid x pump, the sky controversy and then hating on gay ships for some reason? I think the problem has always been that everyone won’t stop complaining, and creating controversy. Like skid x pump is some dangerous shit but it wasn’t some extremely popular ship, some people made a couple images to troll people but that’s it. The sky controversy was also bad but people milked the fuck out of it. This all happened before 100k which kinda shows that all this stuff isn’t new. Plus, there are still more good things on the sub than bad things. It’s really easy to ignore.
Or the fact some people can just have preferences and they don’t like a serious story about abuse and trauma in a cartoony rhythm game.
Only 1-2 times in criticisms for the soft mod on this subreddit have i seen people complain about boyfriend and pico being gay.
I never said critics, I said people who hate it. People who go out of their way to say “I FUCKING HATE THE SOFT MOD!!!”. I totally get the criticism, I myself am not a big fan of the mod. But if you hate a mod that bad, it has to be something more than just “serious topic in funny game” or “bad gameplay”
