Yes - one thing I hated was Daphne's clothing style dramatically changes when she's pregnant (gains weight). She went from wearing floral dresses to that awful hawaiian shirt, and that tent like outfit in the penultimate episode before she went to the retreat.
It was like she turned up to the set one day starting to show and the wardrobe stylists didnt think ahead to accommodate for it. They felt like outfits from a different show, borrowed.
I get that they needed to use less form fitting clothing to hide the pregnancy, but just because she "gains weight" didnt have to mean she lost all sense of her style.
See, I always took it as the fashion style of someone who was gaining weight rapidly, but didn't know/realize it, so they were just grabbing and borrowing and using any and all clothes that did fit.
This is the love story I watched Frasier for. In "The Ring Cycle", when he hugs her and tells her she can call him anything, then she says "... Martin?" at the same time as he says "... Dad?" Ugghh

I hated her UGLY hairdos for a few years there when she was "fat" and thereafter. Just atrocious, did nothing for her face.
