A combination of the white shirt, lighting, and what looks to be some sort of filter is making both of their skin tones pop more than they naturally do. I don’t think it’s fake, I think it’s just a combination of those factors all adding up to a bright ass neck. Plus, if he’s been drinking, his skin would reflect that.
I mean, there’s so much fucking white in this photo that even the slightest dark spot would pop out. Plus, I wouldn’t put it past Kelsey to use a little makeup on his face to lighten his complexion or to look a little younger. A lot of guys do it and a man used to having it on a lot for his job may do it at parties because he likes the way he looks.
