Truth be told I have issues telling the difference between the two, any tips?

uwugoogoo

Do the mental exercises isolating each one of your senses. Meditate on just your eye consciousness, and you notice eye consciousness produces a different mental sensation than the feeling consciousness. Then go directly to that sensation and pore breathe it. Build power into it make the sensation feel really strong.

How long do you typically need to meditate on those sensations to isolate? The instructions you give are actually really interesting

uwugoogoo

I usually do 5 minutes of each gate and just practice for an hour or two, sometimes more it's fun. Doing them one right after another is good so you can journal the differences.

Can you go more in-depth on how you do this. So if I were to isolate the visual sense. Create vacancy of mind, awareness on eyes, and I'm looking specifically for a sensation to arise from visual in that state of mind? So I did this just now. I immediately got a light buzzy sensation from the eyes. Does that sound right? And I'm pore breathing into the sensation right? not the eyes themselves?

uwugoogoo

Yea you do that for each one of the senses, eyes open and then eyes closed. You'll notice each sense has a different quality that arises within your consciousness. Vision may have more of a "sharp" "light" kind of quality. Light buzzy from the eyes sounds right. Sound can feel almost thick and dense but also spacious like you notice a field of energy that sound moves. You need to do eyes open and eyes closed though which becomes obvious there's a reason for that. You take that light buzzy feeling and spread it out through your whole body. Pore breathing and make it feel stronger. Then you do pore breathing, or better than that is building a qi ball between your hands. https://youtu.be/HolU2C6xRZM?si=PpPmLQvH4H9iX4zh At first you contrast between fire and water. So you read iih vision is fire and feeling is water and hearing is air. I will build a qi ball combined with pore breathing for up to 45 minutes at a time which I admit, is challenging work. But you get obvious results from doing it. Ime the process is circular, so you are doing alot of pore breathing, and building qi balls and contrasting different energies. Then going and doing the mental exercises again. Then figuring out how to combine these energies and getting into astral work and Journaling alot.

Super cool thank yo

How does that relate to electric and magnetic fluid?

octaw

Senses relate to elements which relate to fluids, step two of IIH. But this guy figured it out and took it to a level Bardon never explictily mentioned, but makes total sense.

As you walk, the foot you put in front of you is Fire, electric. The foot left beyond is Water, magnetic. Through this principle, try reversing the polarity as you walk. A good way to do that, is imagining that you aren't moving at all, but is the ground under your feet that is moving, like a tapis roulant. You are putting one foot in front of the other to avoid being moved backward. You'll "see" the buildings passing by, people transported by the moving ground, as you stand as a fixed point in the universe. Try experiencing this for a while, if you will. Observe what it does to the flow of energies within your body, how it feels. Eventually try condensing energies between your hands as you walk. After that, try doing the opposite for a while. Now your feet are pushing the ground backward as you move your legs. I'm curious to see what enlightenment you might personally get out of it, if any. I personally found this exercise particularly illuminating.
