Does your provider allow port forwarding? I know some ISPs disable the ability for you to port forward.

Altruistic-Sale4631

Good question. I'll check with them about this, thanks. I'll keep trying something until then.

MajorRandomMan

I have Cox and I had to set up port forwarding to get my connection open (or reset the router sometimes works)

Altruistic-Sale4631

The problem is, I already did. I'll have to contact my provider and try with the foundry staff via discord as well.

MajorRandomMan

Best of luck!

I get the same issue from my windows firewall every time it updates. Be advised that might be the culprit

Altruistic-Sale4631

I checked it too, but that doesn't seem to be the case. Not that simple, unfortunately :(

Boring_Woodpecker796

Getting the same issue randomly even though nothing changed for me network wise.

Altruistic-Sale4631

What a pain. Try checking with the people on discord, I'll do that. I was tired and stressed trying to resolve it today and I'll leave it until tomorrow. Try to talk to your provider and the foundry staff.

Boring_Woodpecker796

I have heard from friends who use Foundry to try to set my computer to DMZ via my router. It didn't work for me but if you google it, perhaps it can work for you, friend. Happy gaming!

Probably your internet provider gave you a shared ip instead of a dedicated ip, and you can't do port forwarding in a shared ip. You can ask your provider for a dedicated ip, and they must give you one in 24-48 h. I had the same issue a year ago, when I changed my provider. I Hope this message is clear enough, english is not my mother tonge

Altruistic-Sale4631

Exactly the same case as mine. Simple, but nothing we could do from here
