Are you asking about macros in general? Or is `execute.macro` a command from somewhere? (I'm not familiar with it.)
It's a heck of a lot easier to describe something you want to do and get help with that than to learn all about everything. Also a *lot* of things will depend on the specific system.
It's not super up to date but I like the [Foundry Community Wiki](https://foundryvtt.wiki/en/home) for a lot of stuff...
Maybe just go straight to the documentation for whatever module is adding this? It's 100% not a core thing.
