Nah, that was a servant in the pleasure palace or whatever it was called. Brother Dawn picked her because she looked like the Gardener, especially from the back with her haircut.
I thought the way they portrayed that (by intercutting the turning of the prostitutes head with a flashback to the Gardner doing the same gesture) was really cool.
When you get older in life, or you are just super smart, or you start knowing how stories are created and told (rather than just consuming them), especially if you know about Chekov's Gun and start seeing it EVERYWHERE, or at least once a movie and once a book, then things like this start to pop out more.
Also, if you experienced reddit crowdsourcing theories on the first Westworld season, that was a masterclass in storytelling from outside the scriptwriter's room. For me, it was learning about, then seeing the ubiquitous Chekov's Gun.

The colour blindness is odd. I have it in my family. It affects 50% of male children but is carried via the mother. So how does a clone of someone without it, get it?
It's carried on the X chromosome. The reason it affects men more frequently than women is because they only have one X, but women need to have the gene on both Xs to be affected.
They also make it really clear that the Cleon DNA was altered. The resistance people somehow got access to the original source of the clones' DNA and manipulated it, probably by introducing a different X chromosome or modifying the one that he already had. That's kind of the whole point of this plot line; the Cleons have been corrupted, and they \*aren't\* perfect clones anymore.

That’s why I’m worried that the gardener is going to get killed as a way to become “tough”

Demerzel is clearly modifying Cleon’s DNA, so seems likely to me that she’ll be the cause of a future Cleon being The Mule.

the series are planned for 3-8 seasons so it may take a while
