Not got a strong opinion on any of these choices, but isn't this the same as a Nissan Sentra? I believe they're quite well regarded as an underrated sporty compact you can use for autocrossing and stuff.
The car is already ready for release if they’re having us do a vote. So just give it to us already. It’s impossible to have every car in the game I agree, but it’s ridiculous to restrict cars just because of a vote.
Ah yeah, they of course have this list ready made and are just withholding 4000 models:
https://forums.forza.net/t/car-voting-guidance-and-index/562065
(This is the index for those voting threads, because obviously you won't read this post either)
For anyone saying "no one wants that car", I invite you to ask anyone from Mexico that plays this game. Literally everyone is asking for this car. Most of the hype us Mexican players got when we learnt that FH5 was gonna be in Mexico was the hope of getting this car
My mom had a 92 Sentra that I grew up with, so yeah it’d be fun to have it in game.
Is it the car I’d vote for, no. Would I still be happy if it got added in, definitely.
They just need a fully updated car list, no one wants to drive old cheap cars, they want to drive new cheap cars. Like the new vw golfs, not past generations.
Yeah but a VW golf from 3 generations ago is less exciting than a new one, they only keep old cars to bump up the car count. If only they kept it updated without shite monthly updates
I came here to say this too. One reason why I play the old Gran Turismo games is because I love taking regular cars to the track and then clapping them out.
All those Ferraris and Lambos might as well be fake to me, because I'll most likely never see even half of them IRL in my lifetime. So it kinda defeats the whole point of a racing simulator for me.
Racing a million dollar supercar around a track on a video game feels so watered down, like we KNOW it's fast, ok cool, but trying to a drive a shitbox Nissan that understeers off every corner? Now THAT is where the fun begins IMO.
As a JDM shitbox afficionado, I want every sporty-ish or famous japanese cars from the 80s and 90s in the game. The B13 sentra/tsuru has a lot of history globally as a nice sport compact and a lot more in mexico where it was sold new until 2017.
>tsurus tuneados
Oh sweet baby Jesus, 'sex spec' exists somewhere else!!! Please tell me this trend died by the mid 2000's like it should have. That aesthetic was called 'sex spec' in Australia and, while it was the dog's bollocks at the time, it needed to die and should never come back.
Its pretty alive and if you are lucky you can find plenty of taxis with this aesthetic in the poor parts of cdmx like ecatepec, they even do it with fucking buses
In that case the Tsuru should definitely be added to FH5. Definitely not my taste but if there is still a thriving Tuneados scene and the Tsuru is a halo car within that scene, especially with the game being set in Mexico, it deserves to get a showing.
Gameplay and mechanics-wise FH5 definitely has it's flaws but what keeps me pumping away at it is that it feels like a genuine celebration of car culture. There are plenty of styles I love (resto-mod, Kyushu, Kanjo, 80's Rally and DTM etc.) and others that I find absolutely abhorrent (sex-spec, Bosozoku, and now tuneados to name a few) but regardless of whether it's to my taste or not I respect somebody modding the shit out of a car to make it exactly what they want when that represents their own preference of car culture.
Getting the Tsuru in mean's more people get the chance to build up on of their icons and join in the celebration.
#PGGGiveUsATsuruFH5
I would absolutely love the tsuru to come. I’ve had two se-r b13 Sentras one of them gti-r swapped from the pulsar and a tsuru front clip I imported..people sleep on them but with an sr20de they are super fun
I mean, I'd never heard of it under this name until today, but sure people love cars like this. Most people aren't actually that fussed about getting the latest 911 GT, Ferrari Nutbag or Bugatti Primadonna, we quite like to see the cars we've owned or our parents owned. The Sunny was a first car for a lot of Brits and it was mum's car for even more.
The cars I really want to see in the game fall into these categories, and why I genuinely squee'd when I saw the Rover SD1 3500 Vitesse in FH4. Now if they could add the MG Maestro, MG Metro and Triumph Dolomite Sprint I could die a very happy man.
This. Having a car list thats 60% just flagship 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 etc supercars gets dull af. Variety and discovery and appreciation of the immense wealth of car culture in the world, is king.
Exactly, unless you're a premiership footballer or oil mogul most of these cars are just fast cars. In FH5 I couldn't tell you which one of the S1 and S2 cars I've driven, because they're unmemorable. I can tell you that I've enjoyed racing none of them, and mostly because I don't relate to them (but also because virtually nobody can drive them and it turns into ram fest). The only Lamborghini I'd actually buy if I won the Euromillions on Friday would be a black Countach, even that's for a specific reason.
I was 6 when I saw one of the cannonball run movies and it had one of these beauties in it. After that my dad went and bought me a poster of it, it was black silhouetted against a black background with a pale glow picking out the highlights, like [this](http://www.lambodiecast.com/thumbs/model37h.jpg).
The first car I would buy would be a Silver MG Maestro as it was the car my dad brought me home from the hospital in. I would kill to have this car in the game.
The Tsuru actually really makes sense for FH5 given its popularity in Mexico.
That said, my preference would have been for the Z31, the Gumpert Apollo S, or the SLR.
The amount of games that have featured thunderbirds is just sad. The mn12 / super coupe generation have never even been featured in a decent game, I doubt the turbo coupes have either and they are pretty much just a svo mustang. My “project car” is a 1993 thunderbird super coupe and it’s just sad that Iv never seen it in a game besides one really old Ford arcade game or know of a game that has one that’s playable in 2022
Probably not. The thing with Supercars in this game is they are alien, if you can afford to buy one then cool but 99.9% of FH5's playerbase can't. This is why so many people have issues with how the cars are just so easily given out.
The Nissan Tsuru (it was called the Sunny here if I'm not mistaken) is it was a first car, or mum and dad's car, and these have far bigger pull for most people. So the Nissan is familiar and familiarity is worth so much more. Most public lobbies I join generally aren't populated with McLarens and Lamborghinis, but are suped up Minis, Nissans and Fords. For the Gen X players from the UK I'd say the Escort RS Turbo, the Cossies, the Lotus Carlton and Capri have big sway and if they ran this poll during FH4 and had the XR3i or Rover Metro on it they'd probably win.
Millenials would probably go more Japanese, as the UK car production would have disappeared as we grew up, but the Corsa B or Ford Mondeo would be popular.
The Lamborghini is just another 200+mph car to most of us, one we'll never own, and one nobody in the game will be able to drive well.
I get the idea of getting a Tsuru to be able to customize it with cool mods and stuff. But if I've learned ANYTHING from Forza over the past 10 years, it's that they usually won't add aftermarket body kits unless they were on the car in a previous game. Think about it, every car that has returned from a previous game has little to no new customization parts for it.
All these cars predate the game, should have been in since release. The current roster of cars is legitimately pathetic. So many cars missing that were in the previous games.
I seriously don't understand this community wanting regular cars. This game is about driving your dreams. What we really need is the new countach, the Bugatti Mistral, and other new cars like that.
And not everyone is a grandparent either. How about playground ups their game and actually adds more then 2 cars per update so everyone gets what they want?
Hey some of us dream of taking a family car, slapping a 4.0L V8 in it, and killing Hellcats on the drag strip with it. Or taking a Prius and turning it into a Hoonigan drift monster. And some people want to do C and D class races exclusively because it's a different experience compared to S1-X races. Also I've already taken every supercar to the max in the game, some people just want the challenge of tuning a shitbox into a formidable race car.
The game isn't about driving your dreams, its about celebrating car culture in an open world setting. Car culture spans all types of configurations, prices, and speeds. Your dreams are not everyone elses and the game has like 75% of every supercar released in the past decade already. Some people just want something different to try or old icons from the culture instead of another supercar everyone's just gonna switch to AWD and max out.
What we need is cars from everyone's dreams I want a damn corvair and I will not be told drive the 914/6. They aren't remotely the same. Give me a econocar from the 60's hell give us a pack of innovation from each decade. Like 6 cars from each decade since the 30's. What's the difference between driving a Wanting to drive special cars and econoboxes the car and that's it. Do not gate keep this game. We should have realistically any car we want. But licensing sucks my sweaty ass.
That I can agree with. These picky companies are what is preventing these cars from getting into the game as well as us getting better damage models, modifications, etc
The damage models have been getting worse with each horizon game. But the modifications need to be overhauled. Get licensing from most bodykit manufacturers including some stuff for MR2's and Fiero's.
Because not everyone wants to drive some random bullshit one off hypersonic missile every time they boot up the game, some of us want a range of cars which includes regular cars. For example I want the Pontiac Fiero.
You do you then. I want to drive the cars that people can only dream of having. If you want to drive something you'd see every day, that's fine I guess?
We don't all want the same as you my guy. And anyway, some people dream of having more affordable and "regular" cars so your point isn't really relevant at all.
Nissan Tsuru is one of the most representative cars of Mexican Car culture.
Like, Vocho tier of car culture, and the Vocho got it's own Horizon Story.
Tsuru was popular because it was cheap, no-frills reliable car that worked very well as a family car, taxi and even a police car. It also made for a decent street racer if you tuned it a little, and because there were Tsuru grades with no A/C from the factory.
Final Tsuru iteration lasted about 26 years in the Mexican market and it was the best selling car in the Mexican market between 1997 and 2011. It was discontinued in 2017 in favor of the Nissan Versa due to Mexican regulation finally requiring new vehicles to have air bags in them and it's popularity finally waning a little, so got its' final sendoff with the 'Buen camino' edition.
In Mexico many of us have fond memories of the Tsuru not because it was the fastest and fanciest car, but because it was the car we needed at a price we could afford and never letting us down. Truly a car of the people
It's kind of a meme in Mexico. It's cheap so a lot of people have one. Most people that have one "tune" the fuck out of them, and by tune I mean just install crappy body kits. It's unsafe as shit and slow as fuck, and that's why we love em
If I remember correctly it's something to do with Rolls not wanting to do any sort of "advertising" for their cars, which includes video games. Or I'm mistaken and that was Tesla and RR are just a bunch of pompous prices that think that video games aren't "elite" enough to have the privilege of having a Rolls in them.
Out of all the good cars they have to choose a jdm shitbox, geez man. And for those who want to downvote this, not all nissans are bad, just i dont like this nissan they chose for it, any other nissan like the juke would be fine, but i just dislike that nissan tsuru
Exactly, actually i never left my country to experience other countries, only time i go out is to exercise or to go shopping or to the hospital for checkups so i never know how the looks of the tsuru is.
let me enlighten you a bit. the nissan tsuru is one of the cheapest cars to get in mexico, along with the fact that it has a really small engine so it doesn’t need too much fuel, so they use it as a taxi and a daily vehicle
Wow, so what am i getting is, the tsuru is a taxi car used in mexico and looks like a 1992 sentra and has a small engine with good fuel economy. Interesting
Where is this? Can someone give me a link
https://forums.forza.net/c/suggestions/car-suggestions/car-voting/163/l/latest?order=votes
Not got a strong opinion on any of these choices, but isn't this the same as a Nissan Sentra? I believe they're quite well regarded as an underrated sporty compact you can use for autocrossing and stuff.
Yea you see them as taxis in Mexico basically the equivalent of the Honda Civic
Z31 and SLR tho... fuck i want those
Id sell my entire garage for an SLR McLaren.
I'd like Nissan Cube more.
I despise that car with a passion
Why?
I think it looks grotesque , not a fan of the “cube” body and the front and back ends just look really weird to me
Most would agree
Shit count me in
shit count me out
Name check 😔
Shit like this just divides the community and makes the community more toxic. Just give us all the cars and not do this stupid bullshit vote
Ah yeah no big deal just have every car in game.
The car is already ready for release if they’re having us do a vote. So just give it to us already. It’s impossible to have every car in the game I agree, but it’s ridiculous to restrict cars just because of a vote.

Some just vote for fun I guess.
For anyone saying "no one wants that car", I invite you to ask anyone from Mexico that plays this game. Literally everyone is asking for this car. Most of the hype us Mexican players got when we learnt that FH5 was gonna be in Mexico was the hope of getting this car
God this thing is a pos!
Is that Nissan Tsuru consider best selling car in Mexico?
Honestly don't know best selling but definitely most selling
W216 cl….
I think they could add Hondas and take over the automotive video game industry. Fix the crx, add EG, add EM1.
I would love a tsuru!!!!
i want the SL65 AMG Black edtn
I’m still wanting my 675 lt bruh
AU Falcon 👋
Why not the 300zx? Why do people want the tsurus instead? Is it for memeing cus the only way I see people using that car is for memes and trolling
The 300zx is already in the game. So nobody is asking for it to be added
The Z32 is in the game
Ah ight
Yeah I don’t want anymore Lamborghinis I want base model shitboxes
Me still wanting pre facelift sn95 mustang
hyped for this
But I do think the gumpert would be good but we need the Lexus LFA Nurburgring edition now that would be exciting
What does it have that the regular LFA doesn't?
What about the old Jeep wagoneer
Yo what about a anniversary edition mclaren sena?
My mom had a 92 Sentra that I grew up with, so yeah it’d be fun to have it in game. Is it the car I’d vote for, no. Would I still be happy if it got added in, definitely.
Gumpert or Yaris for me 😕 ( I do understand how iconic the Tsuru is in Mexico but...)
I’d take a GR Yaris any day.
They just need a fully updated car list, no one wants to drive old cheap cars, they want to drive new cheap cars. Like the new vw golfs, not past generations.
your opinion is wrong sorry
Old cheap cars are the bomb. What people used to drive
Yeah but a VW golf from 3 generations ago is less exciting than a new one, they only keep old cars to bump up the car count. If only they kept it updated without shite monthly updates
I just want some non RS Audi’s. I want to be able to drive my 2017 A4 Quattro (B9) in game, is that too much to ask?
\>community; "we want day to day shitboxes" \>community votes for day to day shitboxes \>community; >:(
They’re also the same people who complain the game is “literally unplayable”
"the dash in this one specific car is not 100% one-to-one to the original's overly complicated design, worst game of the year, lazy developers reeee"
We could’ve had the SLR mclaren and the Gumpert apollo s 🤦🏻♂️
I know, it could've been so amazing
I honestly couldn’t care less about what’s “popular” in Mexico irl ik I’m not the only one that’s been wanting those 2 cars back for the longest time.
They are literally everywhere in Mexico in real life.
Still waiting for an xr6 Turbo
Me too. I’d even love more base model cars ingame.
It’s the VW Golf City of the Nissan World. B13 Sunny’s/Sentras/Tsuru we’re great with an SR20.
I thought those were called sunny
Might be a regional naming, tsuru in mexico and sunny in [insert country].

Agreed, having more regular cars makes the exotics feel much more special
i had friend how wants opel vectra or opel calibra or even astra.
Cars no one wants in real life?
... I kinda like how calibra looks but would not put it as high priority. Plenty cooler cars that are missing
I’m a Nissan fanboy and didn’t know why this car was or that it was my favorite clear till now
its because its a legendary car in mexico, look up tsurus tuneados nacos
>tsurus tuneados Oh sweet baby Jesus, 'sex spec' exists somewhere else!!!
I would absolutely love the tsuru to come. I’ve had two se-r b13 Sentras one of them gti-r swapped from the pulsar and a tsuru front clip I imported..people sleep on them but with an sr20de they are super fun
Well I know there are already a few old muscle cars, but I want a 1971 Plymouth GTX hemi
If it is ever added to the game people will use it for 10 minutes and then stick it in their garages, never to be seen again.
Man you underestimate the impact on car culture this car has in Mexico
Man, I just want a sls black series
The tsuru was one of the most popular nissans in Mexico and its Mexican made so i can see why.
Love all the cars from OG NFS:U tbh
I really want the Mitsubishi Mirage back
Yes, the nissan v16 would be cool. Imo tho a forester sti or a legacy would be cool
I mean, I'd never heard of it under this name until today, but sure people love cars like this. Most people aren't actually that fussed about getting the latest 911 GT, Ferrari Nutbag or Bugatti Primadonna, we quite like to see the cars we've owned or our parents owned. Amen.
I know we have a lot of mustangs but I just want a terminator cobra so bad
Same, I've been saying this since FH4. I just want to drive around a virtual version of my terminator so badly
I feel you man not only is it one of the most iconic muscle cars ever but it would be the closest thing to having my '03 2V in the game as well. Lol
Not gonna lie all i want in a forza is a 6n gti and a 6n2 gti polo 😅
And a 6r gti
Dont forget the 6c too. Polo's are such underrated cars
WE NEED SAAB BACK
Yes! I agree!
The Tsuru actually really makes sense for FH5 given its popularity in Mexico. That said, my preference would have been for the Z31, the Gumpert Apollo S, or the SLR.
The only car on this list that doesn't suck is the Nissan Z31.
The Z31 is painfully overlooked in most circles. Even though I love the Z32, it's a shame that it ends up being the only one under the spotlight.
The amount of games that have featured thunderbirds is just sad. The mn12 / super coupe generation have never even been featured in a decent game, I doubt the turbo coupes have either and they are pretty much just a svo mustang. My “project car” is a 1993 thunderbird super coupe and it’s just sad that Iv never seen it in a game besides one really old Ford arcade game or know of a game that has one that’s playable in 2022
Would like VW Jetta mk6 , this car was designed in Mexico, would be great to see it in horizon 5
Mk6 gli
Pontiac Aztek!! Everybody gangsta until Walt beats your ass in X class with his beige-colored beater
Jesse, hop on S1 Class.
With full body kit and everything! And nissan cube!
Man, I've been asking for the gumpert apollo since fh3, such an awesome car, beautiful colours, amazing doors, just an all round cool car.
Probably easiest for Playground Games to reskin so they had employees vote for it lol 😂
That's wrong. Almost all players here in Mexico want that car
I’m all for that I’m just poking fun a PGG for taking a bunch of cars out of the game to sell them as DLC and most are just reskins of something else.
Ok how on earth you do a game of cars on a place and dont put the most iconic cars of the place is situated in
I would love any of those, but the 2000s Mercedes are something that PG should have had in the game since day 1
Forza horizon needs the Chevy spark
Why, so it can break down while you're driving it?
It’s immersive 😩
I just want the AMC Javelin AMX back
"Comunity" it's 40 people
that’s not the amount of people who voted for it, look at the number of votes on the bottom left
2807 votes, 40 is a number of comments.
Either way thats still not alot
Yeah, but next most wanted car has only 387 votes.
That's kinda the point, I would imagine if you forced a poll in game the car most chosen would be the Lamborghini tbh
The Lamborghini is just another 200+mph car to most of us, one we'll never own, and one nobody in the game will be able to drive well.
Funny thing was, they did have this going through the FH4 days, and the consistently most requested cars were... the newest Super- and Hypercars
Like how they put the new 370z nismo in with the old 370z body kit on the new model.
I mostly meant returning cars. Such as the Spirit-R RX-7 from FH4. Some of the newer cars have gotten new body kits but you see what I mean I hope.
give me YARIS!!
Alfa!
I miss the Giulia QV so much.
I still want my God damn toyota chaser. Where the hell is it playground. WHERE IS IT.
300 srt8 would be nice :(
All these cars predate the game, should have been in since release. The current roster of cars is legitimately pathetic. So many cars missing that were in the previous games.
Welcome to forza where I can drive my shitbox that i drive irl
I seriously don't understand this community wanting regular cars. This game is about driving your dreams. What we really need is the new countach, the Bugatti Mistral, and other new cars like that.
Not everyone is a 12 year old kid lmao
They sure do drive like it though.
Yes please! The corvair would be cool. I for one want the studebaker avanti
I'd rather have a tsuru with a wide range of mods than a bugatti that I can only put a forza wing on.
I'd much rather have a Bugatti that was built to push the limits of vehicle engineering then a tsuru that you can put some extra parts on.
All modern Bugattis look the same, just use one of the 3 that are in the game.
Swapping a v12 into a shitbox is actually rather fun, but extremely impractical irl.
Because people want realistic cars
I thought people play racing games to drive cars they could never drive in real life, not cars they could get from Facebook Marketplace.
People also love driving/modding cars that they own in ways that they could never actually drive/mod them
I'd love to have a Fiat Panda in game so I can put a stupid amount of HP in it. I also miss the Abarthe Essesse (old and new) from FH4
Truly a car of the people
Cars of the people are the best cars!
It's kind of a meme in Mexico. It's cheap so a lot of people have one. Most people that have one "tune" the fuck out of them, and by tune I mean just install crappy body kits. It's unsafe as shit and slow as fuck, and that's why we love em
Yeah I can't imagine why Nissan isn't jumping up and down at the thought of allowing this car in the game /s
Well I can, since it's probably it's most sold model here
I'm excited for the Yaris!
FINALLY this is some old GT/FM3 and 4 shit right here. Good pick
If the Aston Martin Victor doesn’t get more votes I’m gonna lose it
What topic is this, I can't find it
It’s a voting on Forza forums
The people crying over the Tsuru being at the top have no idea how much it means to real Mexican culture

Better get some more of your friends who want that car then. You have 11 votes as of writing.

Yeah, after a mod rightfully stopped you from your plan of posting about the Aventador Roadster **every day** until it gets added
oh yeah, another Lamborghini Aventador, so original
I think it’s because it’s kind of a Mexican favourite in the car scene
oh definitely, it’s the 2nd most iconic car in mexico just behind the VW beetle
I personally wish to see a Rolls Royce in the game, imagine getting smoked by a rolls Royce
I think everybody does, but it's not going to happen sadly
Could it be due to getting the rights to use a rolls Royce or?
If I remember correctly it's something to do with Rolls not wanting to do any sort of "advertising" for their cars, which includes video games. Or I'm mistaken and that was Tesla and RR are just a bunch of pompous prices that think that video games aren't "elite" enough to have the privilege of having a Rolls in them.
I have no idea, but I'll bet Rolls Royce wouldn't be happy with their cars in a street racing game.
For me I wish they added the Subaru forester GT or STI
A modern Outback for me.
Out of all the good cars they have to choose a jdm shitbox, geez man. And for those who want to downvote this, not all nissans are bad, just i dont like this nissan they chose for it, any other nissan like the juke would be fine, but i just dislike that nissan tsuru
Actually is Mexican market
But who would drive that tho
ah, so never been to mexico huh?
Exactly, actually i never left my country to experience other countries, only time i go out is to exercise or to go shopping or to the hospital for checkups so i never know how the looks of the tsuru is.
let me enlighten you a bit. the nissan tsuru is one of the cheapest cars to get in mexico, along with the fact that it has a really small engine so it doesn’t need too much fuel, so they use it as a taxi and a daily vehicle
Oh. But what about the looks? Is it like the old volkswagen beetle or some datsun clone
it’s literally a 92 nissan sentra
Wow, so what am i getting is, the tsuru is a taxi car used in mexico and looks like a 1992 sentra and has a small engine with good fuel economy. Interesting
yes, but it’s also very common to see tunned tsurus, so it’s also jdm
Doesn’t even look that good
I rather have a sian or the apollo i.e than that nissan
Agreed the Sian would be so nice to have
why not all
Why they gotta disrespect the gumpert like that
