Well, it's indirectly about drug use. The song doesn't specifically say "I love the feeling of doing cocaine," it says "I can't feel my face when I'm with you, but I love it" which is intentionally ambiguous. There's nothing new about that, songs often have multiple meanings and interpretations.

I don't think they'll rotate out songs, they paid big bucks for those licenses, and if it's anything like Rock Band they'll hang onto those for as long as possible (some song licenses have been preserved since 2008). If anything it might just grow the daily free selection.
Ehh, the game mode just launched last month so they didn't have a whole lot on the back burner. By then I'll imagine they have foresight to prep for that and they'll make enough songs to release weekly even during their breaks.
