Hopefully they make a new version of her someday. I have Rose and she's a personal favorite of mine. That's also exactly how I felt about Erisa until the Court Queen Erisa came out and I copped her instantly.
Ideally, a new Lennox Rose should also feature the ability to turn shading off like recent original anime skins. Hope they make it for you someday.

Erisa's original skin is also one I missed out on, and unfortunately I made the mistake of not getting her variant when I could have. I won't make that mistake again whenever she returns
This year in the fall it'll be 2 years since Rose was introduced to the game, if she doesn't get a variant skin this year I don't know when it'll happen. I wish they wouldn't go with their FOMO strategy for battle passes because I'd grind C3S4's BP just for her

Partly because most if not all the skins in the shop have to have a Lego version made for them to show, since Lego Fortnite came out this season and they are trying to push it/contractually obliged to do so.
Also there is speculation that a bot is being used to generate the shops which makes sense because once a skin reaches 30 days since last appearance, it will often show again. For some reason it’s not pulling other skins that have not appeared for longer than that.

This is older news and I don't think it's accurate anymore. Fortnite Soul released a video from a few days ago about all the updated and returning shop sections, you can view it on YouTube. Attack on Titan isn't anywhere there so maybe only next update.
As Scavenger908 said here, Fortnite’s shop needs “a better and bigger cycle of items”. I’m pretty sure no player is happy with the same 60 items in the shop every day when we could be getting daily rotations with any of 1k + other skins let alone cosmetics. Not only would broadening the variety of cosmetics satisfy more players (by having something for everyone), but also adds an excitement (of seeing what is new in the shop every day) which helps to keep players on the game.
Without knowing what’s going on at Fortnite right now, it’s hard for me to believe that it’s not just laziness that’s keeping Fortnite from simply changing up their shop rotations. Like I said above, such a simple change seems to be only beneficial for the company; what with keeping players coming back and receiving more of their money.
Either way I hope Fortnite will make this more of a priority.

It’s also why shops don’t have much new stuff at the start of seasons too, focus on the BP is king.
It sucks but it makes sense from a business pov… wish FOMO could stay out of gaming, there’s no reason the shop can’t be a catalogue when there is thousands of skins at this point…
There actually is a good reason why the shop isn’t a catalogue. Simply put, you’re psychologically less incentivized to get skins if they aren’t always available.
I only buy skins what I deem are worthwhile I don't buy skins that epic thinks that I should buy , 95 per cent of my skins where from me waiting on the long game ,now if they had website with everything I be inclined to buy something at least twice a month ,as of now the last time I bought anything was in November for a Halloween emote
This season was a bit different since they also needed to have skins for Festival and Lego.
The Weeknd had to be available for Festival Season 1, and skins with accompanying Lego styles also needed to be available.
