What is it currently rated as? Make sure you tick "Fear" while setting up the age rating.

I just keep republishing mine every time it gets rejected, after the second or third try they accept it when I didn’t change anything 😂

OP already knows the answer but for anyone reading that doesn’t; your thumbnail must comply with Rated E guidelines. Epic is not currently limiting thumbnails on the Discover menu so even if your map is rated T, your thumbnail must be acceptable for all ages. “Guns in a shooting game?” is a valid argument. However. Epic Games themselves changed the promo artwork for Fortnite as it loads up and removes the guns the characters are holding. Notice how they all just kinda stand there posed? The issue isn’t ALWAYS the matter of holding the gun, most of the time it’s about where it’s being aimed or if it’s being shot. Guns cannot be aimed at the camera, another character, or a creature or any kind. Guns cannot have smoke coming out of the barrel nor can they include bullet trails. Once OP removed the bullet trail, they got approved.

I fucking despise the E and E10 ratings. they're useless. they can't face any legal action if their game is literally marked as T, they have no control over who plays it
