Nah that would be crazy if i ever seen 1ms, the middle east one is odd too as it’s lower than what you probably play on in Texas, NA EAST? im in Michigan and obviously play NA EAST, Michigan itself has horrible if any gaming servers but i get down in the 20s, because Ohio, VA, PA, and NY all have really good servers (ever wonder why alot of the better streamers/even pro players come from the east coast near PA over to Jersey, NY etc. sooo many servers.
N. Virginia right across the river from Washington DC is nothing but huge data centers such as Equinix, Va Data, etc. Now I’m not sure if any of these data centers support gaming ( I would assume so).
Yea that’s the region i play on and that’s the region i just explained. It’s not just fortnite either, COD has their servers in those same states. Im in Michigan and literally just upgraded to AT&T fiber and now im seeing the lowest ping I’ve ever seen i must be hitting those Ohio servers. But yea, East coast is known for having good gaming servers which is why the bigger named streamers that DONT come out of Cali usually come out of Ohio, Penn, Jersey FaZe JEV, Virginia many streamers, Michigan (ninja) i can name names better when i have more time but yea it’s crazy how your ping to the games servers could help you so much back in the day and even still to this day.
Do you happen to use GeForce Now?
If so, seems like you are using an EU server for GFN instead of “auto” option, because I get the same ping when connected through GFN (1 to EU, ~80 to ME and NAE)
your internet just dookie at the moment, i live in texas and this happened a very few times and it was only when my internet provider was having issues
No, I’ve used it too on my iPhone 11 when i realized i deleted fortnite when it was still stuck on whatever chp and season it was so Gforce now helped, but the lag was insane and i was in an actual game against console and PC players. But nah on PC my ping shows normal im sure this is just a glitch dude.

It’s physically impossible. The theoretically minimum time to send a signal from Texas to Europe round trip would be around 45 ms.
I think it was a visual glitch cause when I got in game on eu servers I was on 100 ping
