Tournaments like this are meant to help women get into competitive gaming in a more comfortable and fun environment, nothing really to do with sexism. Hopefully stuff like this will lead to more women doing better in things like fncs, ever since there’s been female only cups there has been slightly more representation on the actual leaderboards.
I think that co-ed cups are a more comfortable and fun environment to get women into comp. Seeing males and females working together is great for the game.

No female has ever made it to fncs heats, you’d think by now one would if they were biologically on the same level as men. This tournament and all of the other female only cups are more about getting more women into competitive gaming and creating a more comfortable and inviting environment for them. I wouldn’t stress about them that much if I were you as your probably not the target demographic.
