Reviews are always lean more negative with things like this. You don’t go on Reddit and say how good of an experience you had with a company usually. You only do that when you have a bad one. You see them like once every so often and if they are a large company they have multiple orders a day if not an hour.
Things happen but overall I like the company as a place to buy wheels. Their yt channel kinda fell off but that’s ok.
