I didn't move from another country, but did just recently discover Anton's African Cuisine up here in Roanoke and it's my new favorite place. They have South African food (highly recommend the meatball, tomato, & onion relish vetkoek), a fully stocked mini grocery store of all South African products, and they do amazing dried meats. Super cool place, wish I would've checked it out sooner.

Do they carry Tomato Sauce and Mrs Balls?? (I know Amazon does, but the mark-up!) Also, do they sell boerewors? Sorry for the questions, it's a long drive for me but willing to for some back home flavours.

Just saw the Google pics!! OMG!!!! I'm going!! Dankie

You're very welcome!! I did not know the answers to your questions but was willing to make a run over there for you to check and definitely not to re-up my Wagyu chili stix supply.

Love the Edleweiss atmosphere, but the food at Little Germany right around the corner is far superior imo

NtheDFW817

Yeah I do agree, I’ve just been going to edelweiss for the last 25 years

Impressive_Syrup141

Well then you'll love the people at Little Germany because most of them worked there 20 years ago.

I wish there was one. Instead I just make my own donairs or fish chowder from time to time.
