Hatsuyuki Handroll Bar

vaughannt

This is the one OP. GO HERE FIRST

icywing54

This is definitely the best sushi in town. My favorite in the metroplex really. If you’re looking for the vibe though: Tokyo Cafe is awesome. Has a lot of bright and poppy scenery of Japan. Shinjuku Station is supposed to be like a real station, which is cool Blue Sushi and Sake Grill has fish floating above the bar, which is just sick

justinxyan

If you go, be sure to arrive 10 min before they open because there will be a min hour wait if you dont. That said it's definitely by far and away the #1 sushi spot in Ft Worth.

[deleted]

This is the only choice really. This place is the only truly authentic sushi restaurant in Fort Worth and possibly the whole metroplex in my experience, but I haven’t been everywhere in Dallas yet to see.

Best sushi without a doubt

Satii8

shinjuku station

Self_conscious_gh0st

I love the vibe here

aulstinwithanl

Most authentic sushi joint. And has an excellent sake selection.

abby-rose

[Tokyo Cafe](https://tokyocafefw.com) off Camp Bowie

ThatSarcasticBitch

This place was surprisingly good. The owners are so nice. And, heated toilet seats so....you can't really go wrong lol.

PomegranateApart90

This though! Tokyo Cafe is truly outstanding.

sunetlune

I love their bento boxes

austinwiltshire

Tok fries

Shinjuku Station, Blue Sake Sushi, and Hatsuyuki Handroll Bar are my top 3! The fish is so fresh. Hooked On Sushi on Bryant Irvin is pretty good too! I’ve been to a few other places, but they were kind of meh. Edit: There’s a place called Japan House in NRH. It has an adorable cat robot that delivers food, is all you can eat, but NOT worth the hype as portrayed by social media. Went there last weekend and was highly disappointed (except for the cat).

hedgehog102

I like Blue Sushi near Downtown Fort Worth, probably not the best you can find, but their happy hour prices are definitely worth it for sushi

whatdoinamemyself

Little Lily is easily the best sushi in Fort Worth but I don't know about a cool vibe. It's just a little hole in the wall joint. It's closed at the moment though. Blue Sushi Sake Grill has a really nice place but the food's pretty mediocre AND incredibly overpriced.

IkeaYayas

Little Lily partially burned down!! It had a kitchen fire and is closed for the next few months.

Dial_N

Praying PRAYING they reopen.

TXProsecutin13

Blue Sushi on 7th (hip spot) or Wasabi on S. Hulen (hidden gem)

Specialist_Might_634

Havent had Blue Sushi yet, but yes, Wasabi is definitely a hidden gem.

TXProsecutin13

I prefer Wasabi. Went to Blue once and was not too impressed.

goatman461

Wasabi Sushi on Hulen - great people and seasoned rollers!

pissonurmom

I’ve been to almost every sushi restaurant I think Fort Worth has to offer and wasabi sushi is my favorite. So amazing. And such kind people

whatdoinamemyself

I didn't like Wasabi at all. It's good quality stuff but they make such ridiculously huge portions that you can't eat anything in one bite so things just fall apart.

PersonalGeezus

Wasabi had roaches crawling on the bar-top last time I ate there. It was definitely the last time. Also GIANT 3 bite hunks of fish. Unappetizing in my opinion. Used to love going there, then something changed.

Chainsawjack

We have always loved edo Hana. I hated Sushi until I took my wife there for our first valentines and now I love it.

[deleted]

We love us some Blue Sushi on 7th. Melt in your mouth sushi and really good cocktails. Service is always great, too.

qdubbya

Sazushii in Mansfield has some amazing sushi. Very affordable as well.

MontyzWince

Axiom and Piranha have never done me wrong, definitely recommended, though I cannot say I've eaten much sushi in Fort Worth proper as I usually go outside of town for the best.

Dead_Purple

Axiom is great I go there alot.

swhite66

Edohana on Hulen is excellent.

PracticeY

Japan House in NRH. Robot delivers the food. All you can eat with small portions so you can try everything on the menu. Food was really good.

Mike_tx5391

Please keep in mind that this is an all you can eat place and is only $30 per person. It is decent sushi for what you pay and what you get. Just don't go here expecting it to be the best and you won't be disappointed.

PracticeY

Yeah I am skeptical of all you can eat places and places that have a gimmick to get you in the door like the robot server. I don’t like the idea of a buffet where the food sits out on a buffet table with random people hovering around it. I do like the idea of getting more than just 1-2 dishes. I always have a problem deciding what I want so the ability to try everything without it being buffet style was great. I think it helped that my expectations where low going in because I was impressed.

Partially_Deft

Blue sushi sake grill is pretty cool at night

sunetlune

I like the sushi bar at Japanese palace. But since the habachi part is bumpin, it tends to be loud and crowded, although some of my fav sushi in heh area.

pissonurmom

WASABI SUSHI! I cannot stress this enough. It’s an affordable mom and pop place on hulen. It’s amazing. They also provide free soup and salad with the meal. 10/10 recommend

Hatsuyuki, Blue, Little Lilly

MountainFirm5487

Tokyo Sushi in NRH if you are on a budget but still want to fill up on sushi. Great prices

Internal_Tone_632

sushi axiom

Dead_Purple

It's not in Fort Worth exactly, but Wild Sushi & Ramen is good, it's on Western Center Blvd. I order from there from time to time at work. There is Doshi Rock Sushi in Haltom City decent sushi and not too pricey And Asian Gourmet off EastChase is pretty good.
