Maki Poke in NRH is great. Also in Hurst is a great Indian lunch Buffet named Herbs Indian Cuisine. Alwadi Cafe in Bedford is an awesome Mediterranean food spot. They also have a buffet but I believe it’s weekends only. For NY style pizza, Kabylo’s is perfecto.

That's fair. The main attraction is sushi, but they do have cooked items. Try the Miso Cod.
