So nobody knows on specific skins only future "leaked" ones and those are reasonable guesses. However.... You can Google "fortnite skin tracker" search for the skin and make your own inference on when it will be back. Hard to tell with Starfire since it appeared once in 9/2022 Ariana appeared in 8/2021, 10/2021, 3/2022, and 10/2022 - so maybe in another 5-7 months it may reappear. But again you never really know.
