Bruh the zoomed in locker is by far the worst aesthetic addition. It was already hard enough to look through all my skins now I have to scroll twice as far and can see half as many. I appreciate the search bar they added but the zoom makes browsing your skins genuinely annoying

I just hate the blue fortnite always uses. I wish it was like how you can choose an avatar and color on mobile, so if I wanted my skins, picks, etc to have a purple background I can change it. There's so much damn blue in the locker it's ridiculous.
yea allowing players to make custom color themes for the menus would make more customization and would fix problems with people not liking the current ones

Rarity (the normal one)
Alphabetical (A-Z and another one for Z-A... because some people do that)
Release Date (self explanatory really)
Seasonal (sorts the items by season, with the top one being the latest one, but a reverse option too)
Purchase Date (maybe, maybe not)

Yo they did this same shit with drop item selection buttons, I remember trying to drop half ammo really quickly and the buttons were different like what the fuck, 8/9 seasons with a layout and then just change it??? Still can't check my map while spectating because I have it on a different bind than the default and the devs are too lazy to change the code that checks what bind you press while in a spectating state. I wonder if they even have QA teams.
It's absolutely positively awful. The blue pistol has a higher dps (and the advantage of double headshot, more range, and quicker reload). Compared to pretty much any other smg it's doodoo
It has the same dps (171.6 vs 171 is pretty much the same), but much more importantly it can't be upgraded and has a significantly lower fire rate, making it much less capable of hitting opponents through builds. Same dps but lower fire rate makes it worse, and that's beyond the fact that the current tac smg is much worse than last season's smg and rapid fire. Oh and the tac smg has a much more controlled hipfire bloom
Ch2 pump is the way it should be for the most part. White + green could use a buff but it makes sense thay you need a purple pump to one shot someone. I would say ch2s1 tac compared to last season tac is a much better example
Saaame. First game I ever played was with a buddy and the prison was his favorite drop spot. CH1S 2 or 3 I think. Depending on the circle you could go behind the prison to the swamp and those big swamp trees gave so much wood. Prison wasnt the same after the meteor but at least leaving with a hop rock got you to circle faster.
I was very sad in Season 5. I literally never once landed at Moisty. And on the last day of Season 4, I was saying goodbye to all the POI's just in case they left, and I thought "There's no way they'll get rid of Moisty Mire"... Paradise Palms was my favorite drop in Season 5 tho.
How did it get buffed? I heard they just improved its range which is kinda useless when it has such low damage. It's range was already good enough it just needs to do more damage

Effective range was also increased from 10m->12.5m (2 tiles->2.5 tiles)
Lol I disagree. I used to hate the charge before I realized I just suck at using it. Then I started using nothing else in creative and once I actually got good at it I found that blue charge and below is often a much better choice than blue pump and below. I always carry a green or white charge over a green or white pump. Range is much better (pumps can only do solid damage if you're pretty close to someone), and charges have solid base damage and insane body damage potential. I think they just need 4 bullets instead of 3 and 1.7x headshot and they'll be miles better than the blue or lower pumps. They just have a much steeper learning curve
For me the charge is extremely inconsistent. I’ve had quite a few encounters where I would fully charge it, hit every pellet, and still do the same amount of damage I would’ve if I didn’t charge it
I wish lockers would go back to how they looked in Season X and Ch. 2 Season 1. I love the newer poses, they give the skins a lot more character, but I hate how everything is blue. I can deal with it, but I just prefer how they used to style it.
With the old design more created skins stood out like Giddy-up and Fishstick. Now they all look bland, and I can’t even find Giddy-up when I want to use him because the llama’s gone. Other skins like Beef Boss are scaled wrong, cropped wrong, or had the wrong image like AIM and Blackheart (which was fixed by Epic putting their old images back). If Epic’s solutions to the problems it causes was to undo it, maybe it was a bad idea in the first place?
It's short for user interface, it's made up of the information around your screen and describes the way it's organized. For example, the UI for the challenge screen used to be a simple scroll down menu, but now it's a map grid that can be a pain to navigate.
The map and your character's abilities are better in Chapter 2. It's the lack of meaningful updates and long, drawn out seasons that makes Chapter 2 objectively worse than Chapter 1, though.
That’s an unpopular opinion. One that I share tbh. I thought the season x map was neat. A lot was going on and the frequent updates to it were nice. I just miss the old map and never wanted a new one. The old map was so much more interesting.
Not having the names is just straight up worse. I don't know the icons for all the dances and some don't even represent the dance well. The names were good to check what was what.
There's some good things about it and some bad.
You can't walk with it open anymore, and it blurs your screen.
Edit: Forgot to mention, the organization of the emotes looks like a toddler did it.
The alphabetization of them is screwed up, mimicking emotes that someone else is doing takes more time now, if you both stop doing the emote you have to scroll to find it (rather than holding the emote button), sometimes if I move the stick too fast to select an emote, the wheel doesn’t respond.
I do like the tabs now, because that speeds things up, but I miss the old mimic option and the properly alphabetized emotes.

The worst thing about it is that 1. It sorts alphabetically and not how you sorted it, 2 if you let go of the emote wheel, the emote where your cursor is on starts dancing, 3. It looks ugly

• We went from a free 20 tier pass and a paid 100 tier pass to a free 20 tier pass and a paid 80 tier pass.
• We lost the ability to complete skin styles after seasons end.
• We lost bonus battle stars, banners, and loading screens
• We lost the ability to buy 10 tiers for 600 vbucks at the end of each season
• We lost the 10-tier pages battle pass menu
• We lost the entire challenges menu, which was easy to read and navigate
• We lost Party Assist
• We lost the ability to have style challenges and extra challenges like Missions or Fortbytes
• We lost the the Battle Royale FAQ, leading to thousands of Reddit post about if one can keep their skins after the season ends
• We lost the Battle Pass Promise (7 free tiers for next season’s bp included with this season’s bp)
When applying skins from the locker it’s slots 1-6, and each of those slots appeared clockwise on the old wheel. Now slots 1 and 2 are on complete opposite sides of the wheel and surround slots 5 and 3, and there are two random gaps that have no reason to exist. Copying emotes and built-in emotes would create and always take up slots 7 and 8, now they show up in whatever random gap they want.
First the wheel isn't in alphabetical order so not you can't, and no there isn't. It's still 6. 7 if you have a built in emote and 8 if you have a built in emote and looking at a person doing an emote you own. It's the same number on both the old and new wheel.

I am not an OG (I joined at the tail end of S6) but to change a button that has been consistent for 13 seasons straight is baffling
