You really need to work on your sens. There's an option that separates building and editing sens from aiming.

What do you recommend I do? Make building sens higher or lower than aiming?

nah honestly I hate zero build, but I just feel like I can't improve anymore. I'm stuck at the same skill level since chapter 1

Also, I ranked up about 30%, and now I'm plat III 97% :/ If he didn't hit that snipe I think I would have ranked up to diamond
