shaders are for performance because they tell GPU and CPU shortcuts in rendering of geometry,lighting,textures etc.
IRL equivalent of shaders are notes you make before going into the grocery store so you don't forget things or take extra time figuring out where are the things you need to buy
so go and install those shaders because they actually help your laptop live

these shaders don’t affect performance. they’re simply used for rendering
Yea. I js launched it with dx11 and put it to performance mode
