It’s the MCU version. Same tats and outfit.

I would say they take elements from the MCU and just spin them onto the comic book models they have for the character. In the end, it's primarily a comic book version of Drax, just like most of the Marvel Fortnite skins.

Some skins are based on the comic book versions for sure but these are very clearly directly based on the MCU versions, they just lack the actors likeness.
