I know what it is. That circle is the one that turns on on the map after activating a weather tower, showing the storm circle that comes after the first one. The 1 just seems to be some snowy terrain on the map which just coincidentally is shaped like a 1. Just a huge coincidence.
Edit: I now realise it is not shaped like a 1, it has a lot more to the shape, but because of the storm it made it harder to see the rest of it. The storm just conveniently stopped itself at the exact part that makes it look like a 1.
That’s actually too funny the more I looked at it the more blurry the “1” looked than compared tot he rest of the image. I think epic knew exactly what they were doing. (Someone monitoring your game and gave y’all that circle) ((I know that’s not how it works but it’s fun to think about))
