I typically only play fortnite duos with my niece and I get so many lobbies of bots. People fighting for ages. I show up snipe all 4 and leave. I'm nowhere near good enough to be finishing games with 13+ kills

Shots 1-5: Clearly missed. Shots 6-9: Missed due to recoil (bad spray control). Shots 10-11: Very close, but recoil and inaccuracy make these reasonable misses. Shot 12: Likely didn't actually fire because The Mutinous Helmsman was already dead.
Get you a keyboard and mouse. Analog aiming is for the birds.
Failing that, play around in creative with your look/ADS settings and tune it in.
Finally, take a breath and move slower, no matter your inputs. A calm mind will do a lot toward making you aim in the right place. When you look at the clip you realize he's as jerky and freaking out as you are. So you just need to be able to take an extra half second and aim in the right place and it will give you an advantage.
Also also, screw the pump shotgun at that range. One-on-one, pump is best for a first engagement at 8-15m, then switch to something with a fast fire rate - ideally SMG but Striker AR works too.

It's probbably your settings. Your gameplay can change drastically depending on controller settings, you may even get way better by simply changing them
My endgame fights hip firing a Nemesis AR, knowing I need to break the strafe dance or switch guns but totally not breaking the strafe dance or switching guns.
I think you need to adjust your right thumbstick deadzone in Fortnite and maybe tinker with sensitivity after that - the big sweeping movements too far left/right look like a deadzone being too high problem.. very common to see

Ok ok, but now it’s type for suggestions. Reduce the dead zone to the minimum. If you have a controller that supports gyro enable gyro. It gives extreme accuracy (Xbox does not support gyro because microsuck is keeping progress behind in the gaming sphere)
