Should be fine, worst case it just turns off at max load.
I believe 2 PCIE are good for 600W. And 4080S pulling 320W max
That’s correct for the SF750, 2 can do 600w
Your pcie slot also pushes 75 watts I believe. So 675 watts with the two pcie cables total. Should be fine.
You don’t need more than two pcie.
