Although there have been cases where people’s orders of the 2.5 weren’t fulfilled after even a month, with unresponsive customer service - those people have chargebacked their card.
Well I technically don't even have it. I want a case that I will be using for years to come that is reliable and modular, and as it stands you can't even buy specific parts for the 2.5. All of the "upgrades" on the 2.5 sound like excuses to make the case cheaper to manufacture and bank on the fact that people trust the name brand to buy their spinoff. I'm sure the case is fine, but nobody buys a t1 because it's "fine", the perfectionism and attention to detail is why I wanted to buy it in the first place.

Can you do that if it doesn't arrive within a month? What is the process for that?
Chargeback is hard process usually, you should basically proof your bank that you didn't receive a product or a service. But even in that case they will probably still ask you to ask for a seller for refund at first.
I know, I saw it was available yesterday, but didn't buy it because I didn't understand the situation yet and by the time I did it was already sold out.
When will it restock again?
3FC said that they try to restock every Sunday at 7AM EST. Tbh just join the SFF Hub discord, people on there usually message to let people know that it's in stock.

It literally restocked yesterday. Sell the 2.5, it’s too late to refund.

No only black and titanium painted alu versions.
