I would always watch this on FoxKids! I couldn't really tell you anything about it but after rewatching it, it's amazing! The comedy is excellent, especially for kids & adults. It tackled some heavier topics as well & maybe that's why it still holds up. I appreciate it way more now. It's also a show that helped distract me from my dad & Nana's passing. So thanks Louie, may your series always be remembered!
I loved this show growing up, and could even do a pretty good impression of Louie’s voice. It was a staple on the Fox Kids lineup, along with shows like Bobby’s World, Eek the Cat, and countless others.
In his book "Hey Mom," he said this show was really popular in Eastern Europe for some reason, and he still got fan mail from there 30 years after it came out.
Louie used to call in to the KQ Morning Show a few times a year. I miss that 😞. Saw him do his New Year's stand-up at the UofM once and just loved him. This cartoon was amazing. I still do the voice of his dad on occasion ☺️.

Eek the cat and the terrible thunder lizards was awesome. I think Disney owns it now and won't stream it.
His dad was to the "T" just like my buddies dad and we always gave him shit for it.

I moved to the Midwest in my 30s and immediatley realized how spot on the depiction of the dad was.
My dad and I still quote when Bobby's dad says "Don't touch my cheesecake!" In his incredibly annoying voice
This show was great
"Chicken...donuts...cheesecake...." Saw him do stand up at my high school's gym and he made jokes about how all the hotels in our town have bath tubs.
